REAL ESTATE AGENTS
We both are licensed Inactive Real Estate Agents. We went into real estate to sell our home and see if it would be a good career change. Cheryl was the primary caregiver to her mom and her mom's health was declining and she needed Andrew home. During that time Cheryl had a nervous breakdown and while healing the decision to sell the home of 20+ years was brought to light. We decided to work towards that goal together.
We learned allot. During that time both Andrew and Cheryl served on the board of their neighborhood HOA. They hired a contractor to remodel the house and put it up for sale. Both have since left real estate after Covid locked everything down.
We cannot answer your real estate questions anymore since our licenses are inactive. We also no longer are able to claim the designations we have earned from our self paid training through Realtors. We are posting them on our page to show what we have learned, earned and worked toward. It sure was a blessing to experience.
We will not be renewing our real estate licenses.
